The dedicated arts project initiative, issued a Call to Artists by Metro Arts in the Madison area, which also served as a response to the need for artist support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a result of this call, 21 projects were created, providing funding for a total of 33 artists across various disciplines, including painting, fashion design, poetry, puppetry, photography, writing, dance, singing, and music.
This event, held in partnership with the community non-profit FiftyForward and Councilmember Nancy VanReese, took place in the parking lot of FiftyForward in Madison Station.
The Madison on My Mind Exhibition featured:
