As Project Manager and Curator for Metro Arts Nashville, I am managing a $215,000 budget, including $100,000 to commission 25 local artists at $5,000 each, to curate a collection of framed 30" x 40" artworks for the new Nashville Youth Campus for Empowerment (NYCE) on Brick Church Pike.
Displayed across three levels of corridors in the multi-level facility, the pieces will center on themes of resilience, compassion, growth, strength, empowerment, and love.
Currently in the artist selection phase, the project is scheduled for completion in June 2027 in partnership with the Juvenile Justice Court, General Services, Capital Solution Partners, DRL Group, Smith Gee Studio, and Councilmember Kyonzte Toombs.
