Rapidly promoted to Graphic Design Department Manager shortly after joining, I directed a team of three in managing the design, budgeting, and physical production of custom storefront signage, retail fixtures, and backlit imagery.
Our department executed a wide range of projects, from large-format transparent prints to complex 2D and 3D architectural signage built with vinyl, plexiglass, steel, aluminum, wood, and powder-coated finishes, along with brand logo design for startups. This pivotal leadership role provided deep expertise in large-scale fabrication, corporate client collaboration, and multi-faceted team management that continues to drive my career.
